I have come to accept impeachment processes in this country as purveyors of comic relief, delivering intrigues ranging from the hilarious to the bizarre.
Often, scrutiny will reveal the comedy of errors that sometimes comes with them. For instance, this the only time the nation will be glued to TVs, trying to figure out if a fraction of a person can make up the requisite numbers to meet constitutional thresholds to impeach an elected leader.
