The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) has released updated figures following the June 25 Gen Z protests.
As of June 27, the demonstrations had resulted in 19 confirmed fatalities.
A total of 531 people were injured, with many facing serious harm.
Authorities also reported 15 cases of enforced disappearances and 179 arrests.
Disturbingly, the report includes two cases of individual rape, two cases of gang rape, and one attempted gang rape.
The KNCHR says the figures reflect the scale of brutality during and after the protests, which took place across 25 counties.
Human rights groups have called for investigations, justice for victims, and accountability for the use of excessive force by security agencies.
The numbers paint a grim picture of the cost of civic expression and have reignited calls for police reforms and protection of constitutional freedoms.
