CONTRACTORS IN A county in Mt Kenya who thrived during an ex-governor’s reign are up in arms against the son of the current county boss. Popularly known as “prime minister” within the governor’s power circles, the man’s decision is said to be final. He is also known to terrorise anyone standing on his way to the county coffers.
