President William Ruto on Tuesday hosted a number of Turkana County grassroots leaders at State House, Nairobi.

The delegation included leaders who currently serve in the executive, elected leaders, the business community, and those who previously held elective offices.

Some of the notable names include ASAL CS Beatrice Askul, Deputy Chief of Staff Josephat Nanok, former Speaker Ekwe Ethuro, among others.

It comes barely a week after he hosted religious leaders, elected leaders, the business community, and youth from Kiambu county.

The president has been meeting delegations of leaders from all counties across Kenya for engagements at State House.

During such meetings, Ruto outlines his scorecard and the development projects the government has undertaken in their respective counties.
