Kenya Power has listed areas in two counties scheduled for power interruption on Monday, March 3.
In a statement on X, Kenya Power said the interruption is part of network maintenance.
The counties to be affected are Homa Bay and Murang'a.
The interruption in Homa Bay will happen between 9 am - 4 pm, while in Murang'a it will happen between 8 am - 5 pm.
Homa Bay
The areas to be affected are Ngeri, Nyagwethe, Kikubi, Nyandiwa, Kiabuya, Laknyiero and Magunga.
Others are NYS, Orore Beach, Our Lady of Orore Primary School and adjacent customers.
Murang'a
The areas to be affected are Mukuyu Market, Magunas Supermarket, Muwasco Offices, Murang'a High, Kengen Mathioya, Hon Matiba Residence, Kahuhia Girls and Kirogo Boys.
Other areas are Karuri Market, Muchungucha Market, Kayahwe Water Treatment, Yamugwe Market, Kamaguta Market, Ndutumi Market, Maragi Secondary School and adjacent customers
