African countries with the lowest percentage of circumcised men

Seychelles has the lowest circumcision rate at 1.1 per cent.

This is according to data by Population Health Metrics.

It is followed by Zimbabwe at 9.2 per cent and Zambia 12.8 per cent.

On the other hand, Sudan has a higher rate at 39.4 per cent.
