4,888 affordable housing units on sale: How to buy one

The units will range from Sh640,000 for studio units to Sh1,280,000 for a two-bedroom unit.

The government has announced the launch of the sale of housing units through its affordable housing initiative of Boma Yangu, with prices starting from Sh640,000 for studio units.

Kenyans have been urged to take advantage of the initiative as the state reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality homes for all.
